By using ChangeNote ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by ebroadwayIT. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may not use ChangeNote to publish illegal content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for all content published through your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices are in AUD.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
ChangeNote uses AI to generate changelog copy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranty about the accuracy of AI output.
You retain ownership of all content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ebroadwayIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
